No Trucks is a small independent brand based in Papamoa, Bay of Plenty. With a background of skate, playing in punk bands and making hiphop beats. We want the designs to reflect these passions.
When will I get my order?
As a small business, all orders are appreciated and we work quickly to get them made. Each item is made to order and typically ships within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on your location within New Zealand.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — if the size isn't right, just reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort a refund or exchange for you. Since everything is made to order, exchanges may take a little longer than the original order while we make the replacement.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, your choice — just get in touch at notrucks.store@gmail.com first. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where an item is faulty or not as described, in which case we'll cover it in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
